Our per player fee, which includes uniforms, Power League entrance fees, tournament fees and gym rental, is $1,600. Below is the payment schedule.

There is also an additional $50 fee to cover NCVA membership fees for each player.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
1st payment due: 11/16/09 $450
*This payment can be split into two payments of $225 each:
$225 due 11/16/09 then $225 due 12/15/09.

2nd payment due: 1/14/10 $400

3rd payment due: 2/11/10 $400

4th payment due: 3/15/10 $400

Uniforms include 2 Mizuno shorts, 2 Mizuno Classic Sleeveless Jerseys, Mizuno kneepads, 3 pairs of socks, and a pair of Mizuno Wave Lightning 4 shoes.
